Included in delivery of the BOOM SKITE 2.0 are the kite, kite lines, two handles and a bag you can hang on your shoulder or use as a hip bag. The 120 kp strong lines are 20m long and color coded: 2 x red for the left side, 2 x blue for the right side with both front lines sleeved yellow. The design of the BOOM SKITE 2.0 was taken from the SYNTAX, a paraglider built by NOVA. Technically the 2m2 BOOM SKITE 2.0 was designed specifically for it's application: we reduced the bridle dramatically to reduce drag and allow the kite to fly in high speed through the wind window and at the same time offer optimized handling. Furthermore we closed the two middle cells with Velcro at the trailing edge, so the kite withstands crashes - and the little kite will crash quite often due to it's speed. (*)

In the leading edge of the BOOM SKITE 2.0 we placed 8 oval reinforced holes to allow fast inflation and to keep in high pressure even in narrow turns. Most of the leading edge is closed, so the kite's airfoil is not deformed and almost no sand, stones, grass or other obstacles find their way inside the wing. The ribs are open near the trailing edge, so sand can easily trickle from cell to cell to the middle of the kite and leave through the opening at the trailing edge. We used a slightly faster airfoil for the BOOM SKITE 2.0 that is still autostable. So you can use your BOOM SKITE 2.0 in very gusty winds and it will still not make front stalls. The internal builtup using diagonal ribs seems a bit overdone, but using it we found a geometry that allows the use of the spartanic bridle with only 3 A and 3 B lines and another line to a 4-forge at the wingtip. The BOOM SKITE 2.0 is a perfect buggy or all terrain board engine for strong winds. And: for all owners of a NOVA SYNTAX paraglider, the BOOM SKITE 2.0 is the perfect addendum: when the wind is too strong to fly your paraglider you can play with the kite; while you fly your paraglider, your partner or children can play with the kite and after you've been flying you can train some moves using your kite.

Please note: the BOOM SKITE 2.0 is no toy for children less than 12 years of age! It can pull very hard and even though it's quite small it can cause serious injuries. Use your kite with common sense and allow yourself to get used to it's behaviour.
